This is unavoidable. Normally new leaves will form within 1 month. We do not take responsibility for yellowish or fallen leaves, please understand.

|4. In regular situation, we are not responsible for your postal fee or your customs delay destination.
|5. Only during Covid-19 situation, the shipping and customs process has been changed significantly and unexpectedly.
Delay in each process can be occurred
without prior notice and accurated leadtime.
Thus, in case of the damaged plants found, the refund or replacement will be at ONLY the half value of the damaged plants,
not including the postage or shipping fee.

Photographic evidence is needed upon receipt of goods -- no longer than 1(one) day of receipt of goods-- as evidence or proof of damage.
