The best quality of rooted/unrooted hoya cuttings.
Kindly email your order to maxne@hotmail.com or inbox. We will confirm your wish list and any other requirements when ordering plants.
Some of our rare plants have no mass production and may not not be available at the time of order (reservations can be made).
We offer fresh cuttings (we only send fresh cuttings with customer's consent). Many countries require import permits for live plants.
Please seek information on importing permits with your agriculture department to ensure a safe import.
All payments should be paid via TransferWise which is the cheapest and fastest bank transfer method(inbox or e-mail: maxne@hotmail.com) or
Paypal account: maxnadigital@hotmail.com.

= Our Policy Please Read!!! =
1. We send replacement for any accidental shipping with next order (Photos need).
2. Customer can pay for shipping fee and we send again. (Photos need)
3. We are not responsible for any extra costs once a customer has dismissed the need for a Phytosanitary certificate.
4. Shipping plants internationally: All plants are sent with roots or bare-root; Certain plants may be affected with yellowish or fallen leaves;
This is unavoidable. Normally new leaves will form within 1 month. We do not take responsibility for yellowish or fallen leaves, please understand.
5. Please check your customs rule regulations, We do not take responsibility in case of Custom Restrictions or goods being confiscated.
6. We are not responsible for your postal or your customs delay destination.
7. In case of a refund, we refund only the plant price not postage; if you do not agree please reconsider before ordering.
Photographic evidence is needed upon receipt of goods -- no longer than 1(one) day of receipt of goods-- as evidence or proof of damage. (Only EMS)

In case you need documents:
All international orders should have a phytosanitary certificate inside the package.
>>> We have a certificate for exporting to EU countries.
>>> USA customers, please ask USDA for an import permit. (A permit-sticker should be sent to us BEFORE an order is placed.)
Phytosanitary certificate for all plants / 1 box = USD12 (A 3-hour car journey is involved to obtain these so a fuel fee is added to the total price of the certificate)
